What are RATINGS?
Shared thoughts and opinions on video games by members.

What type of information should I use to rate video games?
Always focus in on what you like or don't like about the video game (What's the best thing about it? Is there a key feature that stands out? Is the gameplay breathtaking or engaging? How so?). Use 1-star if you "Hated It," 2-stars for "Didn't Like It," 3-stars for "Liked It," 4-stars for "Really Liked It," 5-stars for "Loved It" or "Not Interested" if you have no opinion.

Why should I rate video games?
When you rate video games, we compare it with the opinions of thousands of other gamers. Our recommendation engine finds others who have similar tastes in video games so we can recommend other video games you will like.

You can rate games anywhere on the site by clicking one of the row of stars near a video game. Be sure to rate the video games that you didn't enjoy playing along with the ones you loved. You can rate any game, not just ones you have traded for on Gamershare. If you aren't interested in a game, click the "Not Interested" button next to the stars to tell us not to recommend that game or very similar games in the future.

The more video games you rate, the better our recommendations will be for other video games you will enjoy playing.
